Installing Linux Clients

You can install the Linux Client locally from the command line by using either of the following main installation packages while downloading the Client installation package from the Management Tool:

• SytecaLinuxClient.tar.gz: To install the Client using the default monitoring parameters.

• SytecaLinuxClient.tar.gz containing an .ini file: To configure custom monitoring parameters (e.g. the Offline cache size parameter and the Command output skipping parameter) while generating the package.
