Report Types
The following types of reports are available in the Management Tool for all Windows, macOS, and Linux Client computers monitored (or in some cases not for all of these Client OSs, as indicated after the Report Type name in brackets):

Audit Session Grid | Information on which Management Tool users have opened (i.e. viewed in the Session Viewer) which sessions. NOTE: This special type of report relates to Management Tool users (unlike all other report types), and is based on the same records that are displayed on the Audit Log page, where "Session viewing" is displayed in the Category column. NOTE: This report type is only available for users who have the administrative User Management permission. | - Date and time (when the session was opened in the Management Tool) - Viewer user name/Group (i.e. the user name (and the user groups they belong to) of the Management Tool user who opened the session) - Action (i.e. the text "Viewed session" with a link that can be clicked to open the session that was opened by the endpoint user) - Who (i.e. the user name of the endpoint user whose session was opened) - Where (i.e. the Client computer of the endpoint user whose session was opened) - Session time (the start date/time and end date/time of the session that was opened) |
